Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for using undef games, its tools, marketplace, and live services.
Effective date: June 28, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses undef games (operated by MindTenet™ LLC) — buyers, players, creators, and developers. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, loss of access, suspension, or termination, and where appropriate, we may report activity to the authorities.
Don’t
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or upload content you don’t have the rights to.
- Upload harmful code or attack the Services — malware, exploits, denial of service, or attempts to gain unauthorized access.
- Cheat or manipulate — exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation or bots, manipulate games, wallets, currency, ratings, reviews, or payouts, or interfere with other players.
- Circumvent protections — bypass, remove, or defeat DRM, content protection, watermarks, rate limits, or security measures.
- Abuse others — harass, threaten, defame, or promote hate or violence, or impersonate others.
- Post prohibited content — anything unlawful; sexual content involving minors (which we report); content that facilitates fraud or serious harm.
- Spam or scrape — send bulk unsolicited messages, or harvest data or content from the Services except as expressly permitted.
- Misuse the marketplace or APIs — list infringing or misdescribed products, launder funds, evade fees, or use developer access to extract our data or build a competing copy.
Reporting

Enforcement
We may investigate and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, reversing transactions or payouts, and suspending or terminating accounts. We aim to be fair and proportionate, but we prioritize the safety and integrity of the Services and their users.
