End User License Agreement
The license under which you use games and tools from undef games.
Effective date: June 28, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of software, games, and digital content (“Products”) you access through undef games, operated by MindTenet™ LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. A specific Product may include its own additional license terms, which apply alongside this EULA; where a Product is sold by a third-party creator, that creator is the licensor and may set additional terms.
License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and your active entitlement, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Product for your own non-commercial use. You do not buy the Product itself or any intellectual property in it — you buy a license to use it.
Restrictions
You may not: copy, distribute, resell, rent, lend, sublicense, or publicly perform the Product except as expressly allowed; modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except where the law permits and cannot be waived; circumvent or remove DRM, watermarks, personalization, or license checks; or use the Product to build a competing product. Use in a commercial or public setting requires a separate license.
Ownership
The Product and all intellectual property in it remain owned by MindTenet™ LLC, the applicable creator, or their licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Updates and availability
Products may receive updates, and features or online components may change or be discontinued. Online, live, and multiplayer features are provided “as available.”
Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach it, if your entitlement expires or is revoked (for example, after a refund or chargeback), or if your account is terminated. On termination you must stop using the Product.
Disclaimers
Except where the law provides otherwise, Products are licensed “as is.” Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. See the Terms of Service for warranty and liability terms, and the Refund Policy for refunds.
