Information we collect
- Account and contact information you give us when you sign up or get in touch — such as your email address, account name, and anything you include in a message.
- Payment information when you buy something. Payments are handled by third-party processors — currently Stripe and Square (we may add others). We never see or store your full card or bank-account number; these processors handle payment data as PCI-DSS service providers and return only a token and limited transaction metadata (such as the last four digits and card brand).
- Usage and device data (such as pages visited and IP address) processed by our hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, and used for analytics to understand how the site and our games are used.
How we use information
To run your account, provide and improve our games and tools, process purchases, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and support you. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us operate: our payment processors (Stripe and Square) and our hosting/CDN provider (Cloudflare). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and analytics cookies to understand how it’s used. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. We retain transaction and financial records for as long as required by law — up to 13 years — and delete or anonymize other personal information once it’s no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us below.
International transfers & children
Our services are operated from the United States (Oregon). If you access them from elsewhere, you consent to processing your information in the United States. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above when we do.
