1. Introduction and acceptance

undef games is operated by MindTenet™ LLC (“undef games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered at 8225 SW Cirrus Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008, United States. By accessing or using our website, games, tools, or accounts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of services

undef games builds and operates game tools and systems for shared play, including games, dice and table tools, random-table utilities, and platforms for running live online worlds. Some are free; some are paid. Specific products may have their own additional terms.

3. Your responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

a. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. b. Use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. c. Not disrupt, attack, or interfere with our services or other users. d. Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. e. Comply with any additional terms that apply to specific products you use.

4. Intellectual property

All intellectual property in our services — including trademarks, logos, code, art, and content — belongs to MindTenet™ LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without prior written consent. Where we give you a license to use a product, it is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.

5. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

6. User-generated content

If you submit content (such as tables, configurations, or posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, reproduce, and display it in connection with our services. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

7. Data usage

We collect and use data generated through your use of our services to operate, maintain, support, and improve them. We handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Payments and billing

Purchases are handled by third-party payment processors — currently Stripe and Square (we may add others). By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable processor’s terms. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of any taxes unless stated. You authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.

Subscription products renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindTenet™ LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MindTenet™ LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or unauthorized-use claims.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
